QCSP is a family owned company that was created by Mary Allen-Desjardins out of a need to help support and establish services for her son with Autism. Established in 2008 we have been able to provide staffing not only for her son but now for 29 other members between t We provide 24/7 staffing care to our individuals. We are based in Davenport and Bettendorf, Iowa with a Burlington branch. Our team uses their creativity and talent to invent new solutions, meet new demands, and offer the most effective services in the industry for our loved ones and yours. With your active involvement, creativity, and support, QCSP will continue to achieve its goals. We empower Caregivers, DSPs, CNAs, RNs, and Nurses dedicated to supporting adults with disabilities. Our mission is to offer financial assistance to these incredible individuals, recognizing their vital role in enhancing our loved ones lives. Join us in celebrating the heroes of our community!
